I have received Certification as a "VE" Volunteer Examiner
from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) through the
Americal Radio Relay League (ARRL) to administer amateur radio 
tests to perspectice individuals to become licensed amature
radio operators in the USA., to operate amateur radios from 
there homes, autos, etc. 

I have encluded a copy of my certificate. I have been a licensed
amateur radio operator since 1959. I hold the "Amateur Extra Class"
license which givs me previleges to operate all amateur radio
frequencies and radio modes authorized by the FCC. My Call letters
are: "WA3RSQ"
